What’s the name of this space object near the moon I took in North Florida yesterday facing near the East
What time did you take the picture?
Looks like it was 10pm on Oct 8 according to the time of posting or it could have been Oct 7
But at neither of the said times could I find any object at this particular orientation to the moon…
Either my time calculation is wrong ,or for the first time, it has mattered that I’ve not taken the paid version of stellarium🤷🏻♀️
I looked on my free version of Sky Safari but didnt see anything. If I remember i will stick in in Sky Safari 7 Pro when I get home.
So i looked in SF7 Pro. The only thing that makes sense is its a field star. There are 4 mag 13 field stars in that area, which is what I am thinking it might be
might be a UFO or UAP as they cll them now
Just thinking wasn’t Saturn closest to the moon on those dates
Saturn would have stuck out more i would think, and that is in the wrong spot
My guess is the star with the cross on it is what he was catching.

It was the wicked witch of the east flying around on her broomstick ! She’s still mad ever since Dorothy told her off . If you listen real hard you can hear her cackling and screaming .
