There was a note on my June magazine to get ready to access the digital edition for a while. No problem, but when I try it wants me to log in with an account ID. I tried the account number on the magazine label, it doesn’t recognize it. Help?

Here’s what I received from our customer service department:
The account ID is indeed the number located on the address label.
So, you were right to try that number. If it’s not recognized, you may need to contact customer service to ask for the account ID. Or, if you have ever logged into our website before (astronomy.com), you can use that same email address as your ID. But if you have never logged in on the website or otherwise tied your email address to your subscription, customer service is the best option. Here’s how to reach them:

I couldn’t get my account ID to work either.
I was able to log in using the email address associated with my subscription account

In that case I’d definitely contact customer service to either ensure you have the right ID or to associate an email with your account that you can use. Please keep us updated and let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help from here!
