How do you organize your observation notes and star charts?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been getting more serious about my observing sessions lately, and I’ve started collecting a lot of material—star charts, observation logs, some PDFs I downloaded, and even notes I’ve written myself.

The problem is that everything is scattered across different files, and it’s becoming harder to keep things organized, especially when I want to quickly refer back to something during a session.

I was curious how others here manage their astronomy resources. Do you keep everything in separate files, or do you combine them into a single document or system?

Also, do you prefer digital organization or printed materials when you’re actually out observing?

I dont use charts. I use Sky Safari 7 Pro. All i need is my tablet and i am good to go. As far a writing material i use a waterproof tablet and pens that can write on a wet surface. Thats about it for me
