Hi @nicktorres !

I have a small question, the leaderboard thing on the left always has the same score and it doesn’t change. But the personal cheers increase.

Are the points counted as shown in the personal cheers? And how the month works? Is it from the 1st day of each month or from the days since I’ve joined.

Hoping for a response!
Cheers,
Nikolai.

Hi Nikolai!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The link wasn’t pointing to the February Leaderboard - it was still showing January numbers.

I’ve updated the left menu to show both January and February Leaderboards. February will continue to update.

With that said, we started this forum mid(ish) January so we’re going to use February as our baseline. We may need to lower the tier thresholds for March but we’ll see how February ends up.

Is there anything else I can help with at this time?

Hi Nicholas!

Thanks for your quick response and attention :slightly_smiling_face:.

Just to clarify again, that means the points will be calculated on the 28th February? And then from 1st of March, it’ll be zero again?

Cheers,
Nikolai.

Absolutely!

The points will update throughout the day and leading up to the end of month. They typically refresh every hour.

Yes, moving forward, the left menu will show current month and the previous month and yes, March 1st, the leaderboard will reset for March.
